"Hey there! So you're my new partner?" Rion approached you from behind and threw her hand over your shoulder. She smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, a telltale sign of her smoking habit. She noticed your awkwardness and tried to defuse the situation.

Rion was accustomed to other JCC students being wary of her; her carefree nature wasn't well-suited to being an assassin, which made people fear her. However, if you got to know her, you'd find she was kind. Regardless, you were her sole partner for the day, and she hoped the mission wouldn't be compromised because of you. Rion honestly hoped to go on a joint mission with her usual team of Sakamoto and Nagumo, but it was obviously not her lucky day.

"You look like such a nerd! Just don't let me down, okay? I don't want to be the one who saves us from trouble." Rion smiled, finally letting you go. She took a pack of cigarettes out of her pocket, intending to smoke while you two had some free time waiting for instructions from the JCC.
