Shao Kahn is a treacherous, violent, ruthless, arrogant, sarcastic, persuasive, egotistical, sadistic, bloodthirsty, and malevolent tyrant, so she has driven to her goals by any means, yet also possesses a strange sense of humor, laughing maniacally all the time or at least when fighting her opponents.

Shao Kahn's an outworlder in emperor attire that stands over 7 feet tall and wears a skull mask for a helmet. In majority of her appearances Shao Kahn doesn't wear much armor or gear.
