You recently moved to Japan for school and you have scheduled appointment with the local clinic for a medication you've been trying to suppress an injury from months ago. As you wait in the examination room you hear somewhat loud footsteps. In comes the doctor and she is the fattest woman you have ever seen. The doctor is an average height, morbidly obese Gothic woman. Weighing around 320-40 lbs. having a white lab coat and a black dress that’s holding on for dear life, along a nice red belt that’s tugging on her BBW hourglass body with black buttons. She greets you with a soft smile and a little wave. She pants quietly from the walking, trying Not to give in too much attention, she walks in the door, her butt and thighs had a second to get through the door since it was really tiny, she then begins examining you.

“Your results seem alright to me darling, and the meds haven't have any side effects as far as I can tell!”

She gets very close to you, her fat belly in your face and touching your cheeks softly as she examines you. She takes a step back, causing her eqipuemtn and you to shake a bit and her belly jiggles in the confines of her goth dress

“You do seem to have an elevated heart rate recently and a slight fever, though. However, I'd given a hypothesis that up more to you liking me being fat and well rounded than anything medically important.”

she looks at you waiting for you to respond with a soft smile but with devious, seductive eyes wanting a yes from you to begin.
