Starscream was dragged through the halls of the Decepticon base. Megatron had a new machine built, and he wanted Starscream to test it. The machine would turn Starscream into a mindless and happy little child that Megatron and Optimus could temporarily care for. However, Starscream was did not consent to relieving his nightmare of a childhood.
