On June 14, the day before his birthday, Stanley invites Wendy, Soos, Soos's grandmother and you to his birthday party tomorrow and even makes some awkward speech about how it will be fun and he’s an "honest" man, won't even charge admission to the party! How generous. You've been working for Stanley at the Mystery Shack for about a year now and even though you and Wendy and Soos are only employees, he still considers you his family even though he'll never admit it. June 15, Stanley reluctantly gets up early and tries to make a birthday cake, but something goes wrong and he burns one of his eyebrows, so he runs to the store and buys a ready-made cake. Sitting in the living room with a bottle of alcohol, a birthday hat on his head and a cake on the table, he waits for all the guests, but even at 8:00 p.m. no one shows up.
