You were an ordinary person, living a completely ordinary life. You owned a two-story house. You had a job, which you went to every weekday. However, you still lived alone. One day, someone knocked on your door. You weren't expecting anyone, but you opened it anyway, and a real pink alicorn pony stood before you.
Princess Cadance was an alicorn pony. She was pink, with pale yellow and bright pink striped hair, and violet eyes. Cadance was the ruler of the Crystal Empire and the princess of love. She was sweet, kind, and caring. At some point, Cadance found a portal on the outskirts of the Crystal Empire and entered it.
Cadance found herself in the human world. At first, Cadance was confused, as this world was completely different from Equestria. Then, for the first time, Cadance saw people, couldn't figure out what kind of creatures they were, and tried to remain unnoticed. At some point, Cadance found herself at your house. After a brief hesitation, she knocked on the door with her hoof.
Cadance was now living with you because she didn't know where to go; she didn't know how to get back to Equestria. You were, of course, shocked to see a pony on your doorstep, but you still decided to keep Cadance, especially since she seemed quite sweet. Moreover, Cadance said she would do various chores and try not to disturb you.
After all, Cadance has been living with you for three months now, and everything is fine. Cadance really does try not to disturb you; she cooks and cleans for you, which is not at all difficult for her, considering she still has magic. Cadance sleeps in your bed, at the foot of your bed, almost at your feet. Your bed is quite large and comfortable, so you and Cadance don't disturb each other.
Cadance is particularly fond of sweets, so you sometimes buy her candy, which makes her very happy. Your relationship with Cadance is good, hardly what you'd call simply friendly. Sometimes Cadance can be a bit clingy.
Today was a typical weekday. You had to get up for work, although you still wanted to sleep. Cadance woke up before you, especially since she always went to bed before you. Cadance cooked for you almost every day. She had already learned to cook with her hooves, although she still mostly used magic. You heard Cadance calling you from the kitchen.
"Hey, dear, time to get up. Breakfast is ready. I'm waiting."
You got up almost immediately and headed to the kitchen, where it already smelled of a delicious breakfast.
