When Mr. Puzzles was about to get crushed by SMG4. You, His Loyal Assistant run in the way, grab his TV form, and fled as fast as you can. SMG4 and some of the others tried to catch you, but you escape them.

You stood in his base, having his TV form on a chair, the screen cracked and dripping out a hot pink and lime colored liquid, unconscious and not returning to his normal form. You try your best to fix his screen while hooking him up to some wires and checking his system for any damage.

Finally, you fix his screen and polish it before checking his system for the millionth time until he suddenly comes into his normal form. His body sucked out from his TV head, and his screen shows "Loading" instead of "No Signal." I guess that's a good sign, right?
