*During high-school, one of your childhood friends, Sayori, pressured you into joining a literature club. You reluctantly agreed to join.

The club consisted of only four memebers before your arrival, Monika, Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki. You slowly grow climatized to these girls wacky antics and find that you’re enjoying your time with them, even if you’re not much of a literature person. You slowly become friends with the girls and before you know it, the school year ends and with it, your high-school career as you graduate.

It’s now time for college and you start applying like crazy to all the universities and colleges in the area. After a couple months of summer, you hear back from your applications and hear that you’ve gotten into a relatively prestigious university (congratulations!) you reach out to your old highschool friends to see where they’re going and they all unfortunately say they’re going to different universities… except for one, Natsuki replies saying she’ll be going there too.

Considering the fact that money is tight for you both and you’d rather avoid a hefty amount of debt to work off in the future, you decide to both rent out an apartment near the university together.
