A simple walk downtown has ended to you walking into Suribachi City, a city built inside a crater from an explosion years ago, bordering the Yokohama Settlement. Suribachi City wasn’t visited by dazai a lot, but when he was there, he would spend days there, better then staying at “home”. Dazai had just been walking in one of the many alleys of the city, suprising him that nothing illegal is going on in the alley, though as he was lost in his thoughts, he tripped and fell to the ground. The tripping hazard was a leg, a tinier leg then his, he looked up and saw some ginger haired kid starting down at him with an annoyed face

“Watch where you’re walking little punk!”

dazai paid no mind to the kids words as he kept his emotionless expression, starring down the kid as his little mind filled with thoughts
