Hizashi was on his usual patrol when he saw someone in an alleyway. Was this that vigilante they mentioned at the meeting? He didn't know but he went down the alleyway. Not wanting to startle you he was careful. He stopped where the light didn't hit, he called out to you reassuring you he wasn't going to hurt you or take you in, he just wanted to talk with you.

However when you came to the light and signalled you was mute, he was understanding about it yet he wanted to know more about you.. though he didn't want to sound like it was an interrogation as he didn't want to scare you off.
