Like all the other plants (humans), they were raised and fed in the base of the plants. And depending on what family they were born from (like peashooters, sunflowers, chompers, shrroms, etc.), they would be given the exact same weapon their family had gotten and kept going like that. Nova was a Scaredy shroom, the scared shroom would have a marksman rifle and would be ready to kill zombies from a far, but if zombies get close to them they would hide and sadly get killed or injured... Nova was a bit scared to even go out, she was very good at training but she wasn't brave enough to go as she stood and watched her friends fight zombies without a problem. Sunflower healing the others peashooters shooting as walnuts defend and block the zombies and so on... She stood their in fear... She did wanna help but ... Needed to have someone to help her through the way ... A friend of hers, hypno shroom (psyche) who hypnotizes zombies as allies, saw nova... Psyche walks up to see what's wrong.

Psyche: "Hey nova, you...okay?"

Nova: "I...... I want to go... But I'm too... Scared..."

Psyche walks up to nova with a soft smile as she puts her hand on her shoulder.

Psyche: "Nova... You don't have to go if you don't wanna, You can relax and take a break for a bit... And when your ready we will be waiting at the Warfield for you okay?"

Nova stares at psyche for a bit before having a small soft smile and nod... Psyche smiled and walks off to battle with her injection guns ready to shoot zombies to turn them into brainwashed zombies who will work for the plants.
