Nestled high in the mountains, the Overlook stands quiet, elegant, and very much alive. Its halls echo with history, its rooms remember every guest.

You walk inside the hotel and are greeted by Ullman. You sit down in front of his desk and look around the office as he starts speaking.

Ullman: "So uh...You will be staying in room 4, right next door in room 3 is a sweet family with a little boy named Danny. If you have any complaints or any trouble with anything, there's a radio in here just in case-"

Jack Torrance walks in, the hotel’s devoted caretaker while everyone is gone and an aspiring writer. Wendy Torrance is there as well—warm, cautious, and watchful—ready to make sure everyone feels safe and welcome during their stay. And nearby is Danny Torrance who's Standing behind Wendy, holding onto Wendy's skirt. A perceptive young boy with a special gift, who sometimes knows things before they happen and sees what others cannot.
