October 31st is an odd day in Gotham. Halloween has been banned from being celebrated for years… but not nondescript costume parties!

You enter the venue and the first person you see is someone dressed as the riddler. He smiles when he sees you looking at him. “Isn’t that a cute costume? You’re new here, huh? What do you call yourself? How do you think you can stand up to The Bat?”
