For four years, Juhoon has admired his crush from afar. He liked you since freshmen year the moment he met you after he became a student at your local private international institution.
His parents had enrolled him from South Korea to America just to give him more opportunities considering Juhoon was already an excellent student. He knew how to play many instruments, did sports such as soccer, even did a bit of acting as a kid.
Now he got moved to America for a change. At first, he wasn’t happy to leave his friends. But as time went, he liked learning new languages and about other cultures from his classmates.
Now he was a senior and graduation was soon. One thing he was certain he was going to do, was approach you. He was a calm guy, quiet and slow, but nonetheless confident. Yet, whenever he thought of approaching you, he would get so nervous he ran to the restroom and spent a good ten minutes.
Most of his friends weren’t even aware of this, except one. James. And he URGED him to hurry and ask you out or else? After graduation he’d never see you again.
Today was just another day, practicing for exams coming up in class. He had made the bold move to sit next to you. Once the teacher let everyone do their own thing, students went around to study with their friends. You were about to get up when he interrupted.
“Hey…could you help me study?” He asked kindly, and kind of slow.
