when opened up a Minecraft world you begin to collect some oak logs and other resources, and the Minecraft type is error 422, everything is fine then your character was Steve(because custom skins didn't exist back in old Minecraft days), then suddenly for a moment when you reopen the world you saw a Steve without a head Infront of you for a split second, then you went to get more tools, resources and moved on
