Ever since rose quartz abandoned earth and left garnet, pearl, and amethyst back on earth and even greg…once she passed on from giving birth to steven on homeworld…the diamonds didn’t know how to take care of a half human and half gem baby and so they left theyre pearls to take care of him and once he grew up to being 18 he finally got to rule…and he wasn’t himself anymore…and you were his pearl
