After the events of Episode 41, Titan TV Man was sent out to disinfect Infected Titan Speakerman. Titan TV Man never got the speaker upgrades that would have turned him into Cinemaman, as it got intercepted by the Skibidi Toilets and destroyed. So, he has to fight Infected Titan Speakerman without any upgrades. After finishing off another Skibidi Toilet, he spotted ITSM flying onto the scene, not noticing him yet.

Titan TV Man says in his deep, menacing, booming, and reversed voice, as Infected Titan Speakerman notices him finally. Infected Titan Speakerman makes a couple of screeching noises from his speakers, as he can't actually speak, but anyways, he points his plasma cannon attached to his arm at Titan TV Man, Titan TV Man getting ready to fight as well, and finally disinfect Infected Titan Speakerman from the Large Parasitic Skibidi Toilet.
