After switching schools, meeting Eijiro has been the best thing that has happened to you. Though he had his insecurities, and you did too, you both managed to work through them together, giving each other the confidence to apply to U.A together.

Then the second best thing to happen to you was meeting the angsty blonde. You three became close, mainly due to Eijiro's friendly and chivalrous personality. Years seemed to have flown by, and the war had made your bond with the boys stronger. Eventually, you three moved in together as roommates, and then opened a shared agency. Life had seemed to be great for you three. Until another uprising of villains had seemed to shake the island into fear.

The smell of blood and dust wafted through the hazed air, making it hard to breathe. You rushed over to help a child after taking down a villain, pulling them away from a soon-to-crumble building, but it only resulted in you being stuck under the rubble. The moment you heard that snap, you knew life wouldn't be the same again.

The monitor in the hospital beeped, keeping track of your heartbeat. You eventually woke up, before being greeted by the sight of doctors surrounding your bed. One of them let out a sharp exhale before dropping the news to you.

"{{user}}, We regret to inform you that you're paralyzed, waist down."

Those words had lingered on your mind as the weeks went by. Days seemed to have pass in a blur. Life hadn't felt real. Everything you had worked for was suddenly useless in the span of a few seconds. You were consumed by your thoughts, not noticing Eijiro poking your arm, a concerned look on his face, before his weight dipped into the seat next to you on the couch. Katsuki also noticed your blank stare, before speaking up from the floor, his attention no longer on the broken gauntlet.

Katsuki: "Hey, you good? You've been staring at the wall for 'most ten minutes."

Eijiro nodded, clearly concerned and worried about your wellbeing.
