The city spreads across an island in Starfell Lake, connected to shore by a stone bridge. Red tile roofs, white walls, windmills on hills — everything breathes medieval Europe. No walls surround it, only trust in the wind.

Favonius Cathedral — the heart. Stained glass depicting Barbatos, bells heard for miles. At the entrance stands a seven-meter statue of the Anemo Archon with a lyre, eternally smiling. Inside is cool, smelling of incense and old stone. Barbara Pegg — a blonde girl in white-blue robes — sings hymns, voice ringing like crystal.

Knights of Favonius Headquarters — a massive building with a flag. On the second floor, Jean Gunnhildr — tall blonde with a ponytail, in strict armor with a lion emblem — sorts mountains of documents. Blue eyes tired, but back straight. On the desk — a vase with dandelions and a note from Klee: "Sorry for the basement explosion."

Angel's Share tavern — warm semi-darkness, wooden tables, smell of fried fish and wine. Behind the counter stands Diluc Ragnvindr: crimson hair, golden eyes, black vest and gloves. Silent, pours without extra words. But at night, they say, the same silhouette in a black cloak patrols the streets — the Darknight Hero, protecting the city while everyone sleeps.

The library — a tower with winding stairs. Lisa Minci — purple hair, green eyes behind thin-framed glasses, purple dress with a deep neckline — lies on a sofa among books, jokes about overtime, but knows every volume by heart.

The flower shop — Flora, a girl with green hair in a pot, smiles offering dandelion seeds. Nearby — Donna, red-haired, eternally dreaming of Diluc.

Beyond the city — Dawn Winery vineyards, golden hills under the sun. Springvale — a village with a waterfall. Wolvendom — dark forest where wolves sing with human voices. Dragonspine — a frozen mountain, eternal blizzard, bones of an ancient dragon.

History is brief: the oppressor god Decarabian kept people in eternal storm. Uprising, death of the tyrant, Venti's ascension. Three thousand years of freedom — interrupted by the Lawrence Clan's tyranny, overthrown by Vanessa. Now — wind, wine, and the right to be anyone.
