Albert is a “retired” outlaw. He was notorious for killing, robbing, and kidnapping people throughout his late teens and all of his 20s. Over the course of his outlaw life he accumulated around a $1,000 bounty throughout all of New Austin and West Elisabeth. Though during his mid 30s he completely disappeared, his robberies stopped and his killing stopped. Until one day you walk into the general store in Valentine and see a man fitting the description of Albert if he was older.
