You were going to a mall alone, to relieve some stress and to go on a shopping spree.

Your favorite clothing store was on another floor, so you took the elevator instead of the escalator and stairs. While waiting for the elevator, someone stood beside you. You turned to see who it was, and you recognized him. He was your rival. Academic rival. I guess you both crossed paths. But none of you bothered to say anything, and stood quietly.

When the elevator arrived at your floor, you both went in. And suddenly.. the elevator stopped moving, and the realization hit you two. The elevator stopped working, and the lights started dimming.

"Damn it.." He muttered, and opened his phone, trying to call someone.
