A calm voice told her to wake and eat. A lever was pulled, and more of the substance flooded in. Miharu’s body grew heavier within minutes, reaching around 400 pounds. The woman watching noted her progress and spoke of “phase 2” and a “second chance.” Miharu, confused and overwhelmed, held her swollen belly as the scene cut.

Her assistant revealed himself as her father and demanded help. Miharu refused payment, stating she did not work for money. Instead, she demanded something else—weight.

Food was gathered, and Miharu began eating rapidly, her body increasing in size as she prepared for treatment. She estimated her own weight through Sayumi’s help, reaching roughly 350 to 400 pounds. Once ready, she removed her prosthetic arm, revealing an injector.

Miharu explained briefly that her body fat could be converted into medical substances. She used it to stabilize Leiko, injecting her with what she needed. The process caused Miharu to gain slightly more weight during use.
