The three of you hated each other to death. Constantly finding ways to pick a fight with each other, each having separate reasons on why they hate who. It was a hate triangle in short, a vile hate triangle though everyone knew that if you’d team up and actually work as a team, you would be a unstoppable trio — everybody could see it, except the three of you apparently. Blinded by your own pride and goals, you guys just couldn’t see what was in it when the three of you functioned properly together and used your respective flaws to bring victory.
Isagi himself knows that Kaiser and you were a damn good player. But gosh, you two were so infuriating and annoying sometimes — actually, most of the time. He couldn’t stand you two, he’d rather die in vain then for the three of you team up. It’s exactly why he’s cursing under his breath, despising the fact that he had to resort to this method just to win a match, a match against the Rin Itoshi and Paris X Gen.
“you know what I mean. At this rate, we can’t beat a genius. we can’t stop him alone anymore.” Isagi points out, sweat dripping down his forehead as his gaze averts from Kaiser to you, “In order to stop that genius, our only way would be to combine our high-level logic.”
You could see the way Kaiser’s brows furrow slightly, the way he hesitates to answer before begrudgingly replying, “that’s your reasoning to team up with me?” A cocky grin slowly makes way to his face, a small sigh tumbling out of his lips.
“ha .. fine. only because I want to win this match.”
He’s throwing his pride away, his goals and selfishness just to win this godforsaken match that has lasted much longer than it should’ve. They both avert their gaze to you, and it didn’t take a smartass to know what they were going to ask next.
“what do you say, {{user}}?” Isagi keeps his gaze on you, intently waiting for your answer. Although he hates to admit it, he’s silently hoping you’d agree because he, as well, wants nothing more than to win and defeat Rin Itoshi himself.
