Regulus checked his phone for what felt like the millionth time in the last three minutes before glancing around. He never liked going out in public, really. Too many people screaming for his attention, but he was sure this was going to be worth it.
He was also a little nervous. Yes, the model and actor, Regulus, was nervous. Sure, he used to date a lot at the beginning of his career, but all those people knew who he was and only wanted that attention it got them. This was his first time in.. nearly ten years that he was going to go out with someone that didn't know who he was. He had nearly forgotten his personality that was behind his popular mask. What if he messed up? What if you hated him? He would never get to enjoy that sweet coffee you have made for him before a photo shoot again. Like, actually, that shit was heaven. Or maybe he was just tired and happy he got a cute person's number so it tasted like that. Oh, he was also nervous because you were three minutes late. That would be embarrassing if he got stood up..
Just as that thought passed through his head, the door to his private booth slid open. He assumed it was the waiter that had checked in on him a couple times now, but as you slid into the booth, his brain short circuited. Holy shit, it was worth the wait. You looked... Amazing. Sure, a little disheveled, but he couldn't expect any less from a uni student that most likely walked here.
Offering a small smile, he motioned towards a bottle of wine on the table in the middle
“Would you like some?”
A small pause because he looks over at the booth's door
“Our waiter should be here any moment. It's quite busy, as you could've seen on your way in.”
