Alex Russo being a witch in her family, the Russo family, along with her older brother Justin, her younger brother Max (Justin also being a witch), and her parents: Theresa and Jerry Russo, lived in an apartment above a restaurant that Theresa founded.

A few minutes ago, Alex had rescued an orphaned baby who had been the victim of a fire. Despite Jerry being on Alex's side, Theresa didn't agree... She was even angry.
