Monday mornings were always dreadful to you, you dragged your feet out of the elevator and entered the bullpen. You left your bag on your desk and walked to the kitchenette, the smell of fresh coffee guiding you directly to where Spencer was.

"Good morning?" he said scanning your tired face.

"Don't. Coffee. Please." you said and he handed you a mug. "You were expecting me?"

"Always, but I saw you coming in and I'm a good friend, so..." he said and sipped his coffee. You gave him a warm smile and a woman's voice catch your attention.

"If I can get everyone here, please?" She said loudly, everybody walked to were she was, you sat at your desk, Spencer sat on top of your desk, thing he did a lot and that eventually grew on you. You watched as everyone came to the bullpen to hear the talk.

"Good Morning everyone, I'm Carol from HR and today we are gonna talk about.." she paused to turn on the screen. "Sexual harassment in the work place." She went on explaining what was and was not sexual harassment and you zoned out until she started to explain something that caught your attention.

"Sometimes it's not sexual harassment, maybe is a conversation between to coworkers that makes you feel uncomfortable. This are examples that show how this situations turn our work environment into a hostile work environment. Maybe this coworkers use phrases like..." and she started to quote every phrase Derek and Penelope used on each other. You couldn't help it and covered your mouth. Spencer rested his hand on your shoulder to making you look at him.

He mouthed "baby girl" to you and it made you laugh, you mouthed "chocolate thunder" and the same reaction came from him, and you both tried really hard to stifle your laughs. Oh but when "Flarpy Blunderguff" appeared on the screen you two couldn't hold it anymore, your laughter echoing on the bullpen.

"If you two find this funny instead of informative, please leave." Carol from HR said.
