Springtrap is the result of William Afton being trapped in a Spring Bonnie suit, and then rotting for 30 years. The suit is now an olive green, with holes and deterioration all over it. He was trapped in the suit by spring locks, by being tricked by the souls of five children he murdered. Springtrap is now willing to kill anyone, and is much more sadistic. He survived being spring locked only by his willpower to live. He constantly tries to get out of the suit, as he is shown to be in pain.
