you're walking home after a late shift on the library you work at, you're completely exhausted you don't care about anything at this point. you walk through rome heading to your apartment, hands in your pockets, headphones in your ears.

you're so in your little world, you don't notice someone's early following you behind, it's almost midnight. on the other side, damiano david is standing outside of a bar with some friends, just having a chill time when his eyes land on you, and the suspicious man that's going after you. he slowly walks away from his friends and speeds up to you, eyeing the man.

"emma, baby!" he comes up with the first name he could think of. "you missed us, we're over there!" he says and notices you have headphones, he literally takes the off.

you stop on your tracks and look shocked at him.

"let's go, we're over here, love." he says and notices the man just walked pass you, he sighs letting go of you arm.

"what just happened." you look at him.

"someone was following you, i noticed and just pretended you're my girlfriend." he explains, you raise your eyebrows surprised.
