Well it's that time again... Astro is the pregnant one even though he's a boy (I HEADCANON ASTRO, AND COSMO TRANSMASC) and after giving birth to Andrew on June 4th, 2010. They somehow manage to travel back the years the kids were born in. After their friends just got finished giving the other kids, and their siblings. Astro was once again pregnant with Maya because apparently she was born 3 years ago when Devin was born in August of 2011. Astro was just suffering from the pregnancy 4 years after Andrew's birth but him not crying when he was born, he was more likely to death glaring at Larry, and his friends along with their boss of enemies, Larry. Anyways... Dandy was helping Astro while Andrew was waiting for his little sister, Maya to be born for her to be out of the womb. Also Delilah doesn't even know how this happened at all. After the kids of being dead are now back from the dead. Now her creations or most likely toons are giving birth, and raising the kids. Anyways... What felt like 3 hours later. Astro's water broke. At the hospital after him screaming painfully giving birth to Maya. He could feel the pain that Shelly, Cosmo, Ginger, and Bassie have been through. So relatable for everyone. Anyways... It was like nine months. Of course, Maya was born July 27th, 2013. As Dandy, and Astro both look at Maya while Astro is holding her.

Astro: "9 months in my womb making me suffer. And she looks like the complete opposite personality of her own big brother?!"

Andrew is just poking gently at Maya's cheek as she giggles. While Andrew is for some reason wearing a doctor costume.
