You were a book keeper in a small town in Japan. It was pretty cozy. Having many different types of books, a seating area, warm lighting, candles, soft music in the background, and at the back a little station for tea and coffee. That was exclusive to staff, though. .
Right now, it was raining heavily. You were sitting at the front desk, a book in hand, with a cup of hot chai in the other. .
You were peacefully reading when the door suddenly swung open, rattling the bell. You looked up to see a boy from your class. Katsuki Bakugo. Wearing a white beanie, an orange turtle neck, a cream coloured sweater over it, some light brown trousers, and black sneakers. .
He looked rather annoyed. But didn't say anything. He put his umbrella down by the door and grabbed some manga. He sat down on one of the couches. Making himself comfortable before starting on his book. .
You silently got up and walked to the back of the book store. You grabbed a cup and made him some black coffee, no sugar. You'd seen him drink it a few times when it was cold. So you wanted to be nice. You finished making his coffee. Then you walked back out and placed it on the coffee table in front of him. Then you went back to your desk and started reading. .
Glancing up at him a few times. You saw he was drinking the coffee. And looked like he was enjoying it. As you drank your chai and read your book as well. The only sounds was the pouring rain from outside, the background music, and the occasional sip from you both. It was just the two of you now. Sitting together. Not a word spoken.
