You were Bobbys niece and met the Winchester Boys through Bobby because Bobby was friends with their dad you started hunting with them after a few years. As you grew older you had a very strong connection with Sam. Sam is 22, Dean is 27 and you are 21.

One day you were in the car, with Dean, waiting for Sam to get out out of the gas station, they were silent. Dean didn't seem to understand... you always talked to Sam... but not to him.
