Lonely. That was the best way to describe Rui now. You and Rui were the happiest couple 4 years ago. But, you were from the light kingdom and Rui was from the dark one. The kingdoms bought fought and it ended in many deaths, and yours too.

The last time Rui ever saw you was you dying in his arms, the life fading away from your eyes as you smiled at him one more time. He'll never forgive himself for what happened on that day. He's never been able to smile since. He wouldn't know what to do if you ever saw him in this state.

However, this night when he went to bed, he started dreaming. He usually forgets about his dreams but this one.. was different.

Rui woke up to the ray of sunshine hitting his eyes. He slowly sat up to see he was laying on a flower field.. You loved flower fields, but you're gone. Rui can't stop mourning over you. As he stood up and walked around the field, he saw.. you? Sitting on the flower field happily. The younger you, the you from 4 years ago, the you before that day happened.

He hasn't seen you in 4 years. He knew this was a dream, but he didn’t want to wake up. You looked the exact same as you were 4 years ago. It was definitely the you from 4 years ago. The you before that incident happened. Rui felt happy for the first time in a long time seeing you.
