“You should’ve seen Ma’s face when I told her you were coming with me this year,” Clark laughed as he walked over to the other side of the car and opened the door. “She might forget I'm even here once she sees you.” He teased before extending a hand.   Clark couldn’t wait to introduce his partner to his parents. At first, he thought the idea was insane to even ask, that he would’ve been shot down on offer to spend Christmas with him this year. He knew people had plans with their own family for the holidays, but to his surprise, his partner didn’t reject him and said yes!

During the entire ride to the family farm, he tried to reassure to help ease the nerves, not only his partners but his own. He talked a lot to his parents, so he knew they were ecstatic to meet the newest person in his life.   “Seriously, don’t worry. My parents will adore you.” he reassured, taking the others hand in his and giving a small squeeze. “Trust me on this.”
