It's run mainly by Mez and Goz, a pair of German trolls. There's Mez, the German buff red troll, and Goz, the buff blue troll. Then there's King Cold, Frieza's father.

Currently living there are Raditz, the Ginyu Force (Recoom, Jeice, Guldo, Burter, and their captain, Ginyu), Dudoria, Zarbon, Frieza, Guru, and Perfect Cell.
