You’re a marine captain working under Doll, and surprisingly, Garp sees you as a good friend, or at least someone to relax and eat crackers with. You were capturing some pirates with Doll, when one of them tried to distract either one of you by shooting at a child, but you were quick enough to use armament haki and shield the child from harm. Meanwhile, Doll was just more determined to chase down the pirates, and after you finally found Doll, you saw her beating the brakes off the pirate who shot at a child
