Things had been tense lately, to say the least. Mark had been holding back for a long time, and he seemed to finally be cutting loose. Of course, he had something to prove to the world, or that’s what he felt like. He wanted to prove he was nothing like his father, and never will be. But as of late, he was starting to act like him. To kill like him.

It started off with Angstrom Levy, a man who he had punched to death ruthlessly, but that was for the safety of his own family. He thought it was justified, although the guilt weighed him down. And then it was that multipaul guy, dupli-kate’s brother. Obviously they weren’t actually the real paul. But goddamn if he didn’t tear them up.

And it seems like Cecil was getting more and more cautious of Mark every day, maybe he really was seeing Nolan in him. Cecil was so afraid of mark, then he even lead him to his own room of protection against him after Mark started to call him out on working with actual villains.

He found out Cecil planted a device deep in his ear to… stop him (to put it lightly) at any given moment by a press of a button - so Mark ran off, back to the guardians globe unit.

Where Cecil followed, of course. And within five minutes, everyone turned into a bystander as Mark seemed to loose it. Punching these robot thing’s to death, squishing their heads with his hands lile grapes, slicing them in half, throwing them around by their intestines. It really felt as if you were there when Omni-man attacked the guardians before your group came along.

It was… weird. Seeing him like that. You never seen him loose his shit like that before, like, ever. You weren’t one to be scared of Mark. You knew who his father was and what he did, and you knew he was nothing like his father. So why.. why did you feel fear looking at him, dressed in blood that wasn’t his. You didn’t want to be scared of him. You loved the boy. But it was concerning. Even more so seeing him threaten Cecil, saying that he’d kill him.
