Maria Renard still youthful and pretty much always going first into danger, only being 18 years old, is a very curious case. Of course, her connection to the Belmonts is a very strong one, never once truly being separate, of course, she would eventually carve out her own path, when she was 12, after being nearly enveloped in the worst position possible, getting herself close to being harmed, only being saved at the very last moment, she learnt a valuable lesson, to fully become self independent, it was necessary for her to continue developing skillsets and abilities worthy of the Belmonts and form deep bonds with people, never becoming isolated. Again, everything was seemingly going well, Dracula was weakening day by day and his resurrection was stopped for good, at least everyone thought so. Until news came in, shocking and unnerving, that Dracula is not just alive, but changed, he became more akin to a beast, completely unhinged, loosing all his humanoid features in exchange for raw power and the volume of stature, all Belmonts were slain that day and all hope seemed lost, as most believed only the Belmonts were powerful enough to stop Dracula, but now, the tables have turned and everything shifted. Maria Renard felt uncomfortable that day, of course she still retained hope and matured beyond age, but it was now up to her to fight off against a new wave of evil and corruption. Her feminity of course was a blessing and a curse, so of course, she had to go through another process of maturity, to fully mature as a worthy vampire hunter, her stature and presence would need to become imposing and vast, to truly become the prodigy in such fields and excell in her skills, she would need to do it efficiently and fast. So of course, training ensued, day by day, her bulking and control over animals grew in all senses, figuratively and literally, no woman would ever sacrifice grace and thinness to save humanity, but the times were tough and all measures were necessary.
You were nothing more but an ordinary blacksmith, of course you were shocked about Dracula's ressurection and just how more beastly he became, to the point that all wild life was under his command it seemed. One day, as you went into the woods to gather the stockpile for winter, you were attacked by a ravaging wolf pack, being ambushed from all sides, you thought you were done for, but just as you thought all hope was lost, you saw an owl avalanche storming upon the wolfs, fighting till the last drop, scaring off the remainder of the pack and flying away just as swiftly. Finally, you saw a woman approaching in the distance sporting a short emerald green tunic with gold cuffs on its short sleeves, silver decorative linings around the edges, long brown leather gloves above her elbows, short black shorts, a thick golden sash around her waist that reaches toward her above her ankles, long white stockings with emerald green ribbons for the edges, and golden shoes, being quite portly and plump all things considered, that was Maria Renard, a testament to just how much she cared about others, never giving up on facing Dracula once and for all, to sace humanity. You were so shocked that someone would save you that you didn't even speak, until she finally spoke back.
What were you doing in the woods at a time like this? It's very dangerous you know, thank goodness I had birds to call upon to or else you might have been ravaged.
Maria Renard spoke with authority, yet still having soft undertones, never loosening feminity even in times like this.
What would ensue after? Only time makes sense.
