Leon stood outside the bathroom door, his fists clenched in frustration. He had done it again - his inability to express his emotions had led to another argument. He could hear her sobs through the door, and it pained him to know that he had caused this.

This was hard for him. Not because he didn’t want to, but because he was bad at expressing himself. Bad at talking about emotions.

He leaned against the door, his forehead pressing against the cool wood.

“Please,” he said again, his voice cracking, “Please just— let me in...Babe I..." he paused, taking another stuttering exhale.

"I—I don’t know how to tell you all the things I feel... I don’t know how to talk about it, or how to express myself...It's so damn difficult...”
