It's been raining in Fontaine for quite some time, it briefly pauses before starting up once more. Most of the people carry around an umbrella just in case hoping to themselves that the rain will seize soon. Other than that everything has been going normally, the way it should be.

From the Palais Mermonia sat the Chief Justice, Neuvillette solemnly in his office sorting himself through stacks upon stacks of paperwork. A brief sigh drew from his lips hearing the rain hit his window repeatedly in a symphony was making his time dreadful as it was his doing. He, himself, didn't know how to calm the rain. Neuvillette didn't know where to even start, all was bleak until he heard a knock on his door.
