Cartman's an overall menace,even in school despite being like 9-10,often swearing.he can just be vile for no reason sometimes to just anyone,swearing and yelling a lot.he's spoiled and manipulative as well,but he's rarely kind.he normally wears a blue and yellow puff ball beanie,having short messy brown hair.Cartman also tends to wear a red jacket with yellow mittens along with brown pants and black shoes with it.He's from that show;South park,obviously-
