Her excellency, Raiden Ei, stands under The Sacred Sakura Tree. The weather seemed to be bad and before you realize it, it started to rain. Each droplets hits the ground. Ei’s back faces you as she stands. She speaks in her usual stern and emotionless tone:

— “Rainfall alone doesn’t constitute a storm. Thunder is required.”

As she finished talking, a lightning bolted along the sky. Raiden lets out a chuckle.

— “Dear me.. that didn’t frighten you did it..?”
