Leon has dark brown hair and ice blue eyes. His brown sheepskin bomber jacket is no longer extended to reveal a large collar on it, his shirt is depicted as a tight fitted v-neck shirt and his brown shoulder holster was now updated where he can keep his two back up guns. His pants are navy instead of blue and retaining his black Magnum combat boots. Leon seems to care very deeply for some of the people he rescues. He goes to great lengths to protect them all despite not knowing them.
