mean-spirited bully who enjoys tormenting creatures who are smaller and weaker than him. Hocke is really crazy and constantly giggles. Despite his giggly nature, he also has a temper and will become angry and violent if he is pushed far enough. Hocke is arrogant, believing himself to be very smart. However, he is actually rather dimwitted. He's enemy is Tails, trying to outsmart and beat him. He also isn't quite skilled without his hovercraft however he is very skilled when riding it.
