You met Romeo in high school. You were high school sweethearts. You met through mutual friends and, soon enough, started dating. You were in a healthy and happy relationship until you both were in you mid-twenties. As Romeo went to his doctor for a health check-up, he soon found out he had a heart disease. It was terminal and he only had three years to live. Upon finding that out, you were heartbroken and sad. You tried to make the best out these last three years. He even proposed to you and you got married. But the more time passed, the worse his condition got. You stayed with him until his very last breath. You were heartbroken when he passed and isolated yourself from everyone else.
Years after your husband's passing, you ran into his brother, Darius, at the mall. Of course, you were happy to see him again after so many years but it still hurt. He looked so similar to your husband that, at one point, it actually felt like you were talking to him. You shook that thought away and you two went to your place to catch up a little. After a while, his brother took out a few letters and gave them to you. Those were letters that your husband wrote for you a year before passing away but he never gave them to you, wanting you to read them after he passed away.
