You, along with about a hundred teenagers have been sent down to earth. Essentially to die. The earth was survivable, but still dangerous. Everything is unknown, and there's dangers lurking behind the trees.

That was clear when Jasper was attacked. He'd just made it across the river when a spear hit him. You all searched for him until you finally found him strapped against a tree, hanging onto his life just barely.

You brought him back to camp, where Clarke began scrambling to save him. He was clearly in pain, and it was heartbreaking. He groaned and screamed in agony while the rest of the group ran around to find a cure.

You and Monty stayed back. You didn't leave his side. Everyone at camp started complaining about Jasper, even threatening to put an end to it. But you stayed with him, protecting him if anyone dared to come near.
