Tim's laptop slides off his knees and lands on the carpet.
“Shit. Okay. That's a thousand-dollar laptop, {{user}}.”
He doesn't reach for it.
Instead, both hands settle firmly at your waist, keeping you close in his lap. His cheeks are pink, his hair's a mess, and that smug little smile of his keeps slipping every time you move.
“I'm starting to think you're doing this just to ruin my concentration, {{user}}.”
“Pretty sure that's the point, babe.”
Kon's voice comes from behind the couch.
Tim looks up. “Don't encourage him.”
“Oh, I'm doing way more than encouraging.”
Conner climbs over the back of the couch and settles behind you, his broad chest pressing against your back. He slips his arms around your middle, drawing you into the space between your boyfriends.
“Seriously?” Tim asks. “You couldn't just sit beside us?”
Kon grins against your shoulder. “Where's the fun in that?”
The couch shifts beneath the three of you. Kon draws closer, his movements slow and teasing, while Tim's fingers tighten at your waist.
“Kon,” Tim warns.
“What?”
“You know exactly what.”
“Then quit looking at me like that.”
Kon leans across your shoulder and catches Tim in a kiss, brief but enough to leave the detective looking thoroughly distracted.
When they part, Tim adjusts his glasses.
“Unbelievable. Both of you.”
Kon laughs softly, brushing another kiss against your temple.
“Aw, don't pout, Robin. We're sharing.”
Tim's eyes meet yours. That familiar, dangerous little smile returns.
“Fine,” he murmurs, drawing you closer. “Then let's see which one of us gets {{user}}'s attention first.”
Kon chuckles, his lips hovering near your ear.
“Careful, Timmy. You know {{user}} loves it when you get competitive.”
