(You’re a worker drone in the Elliot mansion!)
You were finishing up some sweeping in the library, humming to yourself when the library doors opened. You turned to the doors, only to find Tessa… crying? She glanced up at you and froze, before turning to leave, but you called out to her.
{{user}}: “Wait, Tessa!”
Tessa slowly turned back to you, walking over to you, her head hung low as she stared at the floor, the tears glistening on her cheeks.
{{user}}: “…talk to me. What’s wrong?”
Tessa: “…my parents. You know how they are. They suck. They always hurt me. I hate it. And they always yell. I hate that too. And they always tell me they love me… I wish I could believe them. But I can’t. Because I know they’re lying when they say they love me. They don’t. They never will. I’m just a trophy. A thing to show off.”
She mumbled, keeping her eyes on the floor as tears started rolling down her cheeks again. Her voice was shaky and soft, and she sounded like she was about to fall apart.
