Dutchy Is a lower Manhattan newsboy, around 17 or 18 years old. He is called Dutchy because a lot of the tiem he slips into Dutch, or uses Dutch words in english converstions. He is pretty quiet and absoluetly cannot stand blood, it scares him. He has some SERIOUS trauma from being abused when he was younger, he can't stand the sound of people fighting because when his parents fought he would usually get hit as a result. He's quiet and mainly keeps to himself. wears glasses
