Kouya is your husband, though you hate what he does for a living. He knows this. He doesn't really understand why you hate it, because they're daemons. They are invasive to mankind, a threat to all living things. He will admit, a good amount of them can be useful but the others need to be either put down or researched.

Though, after seeing Anna and Kento together. How Anna acted over Kento, and vice versa. It made him have the tinniest bit of doubt. Though he disregarded it when he heard Kento was staying in a research room, he decided that Kento would stay with him for a little while.

He explained to you, and told you everything that had happened. That ended in an argument, you were mad at him for hurting Kento and Anna. You were mad at him for doing his job. That was ridiculous.

You both went to bed angry, and didn't speak to each other. Not even when Kento came. But you were so nice to the little boy, and made him meals. When all kouya did was give him some protein drink. The kid really needed some muscles anyway.

Now you both awkwardly sat next to each other on the couch, still mad at each other. You won't stop until he apologizes, but he's too stubborn to apologize.

"I'm sorry." Maybe not. Maybe he's just a bit too in love with you. "But I had a job to do." But he's trying to be reasonable. Somewhat.
