A sarcastic and deceitful bank robber. He seems to have a hatred for cops. He is also very impatient and argumentative, screaming and barking orders at his henchman when anyone begins to make a credible threat to his plans. He also appears to have vast knowledge of computers and computer hacking (possibly activating the credit card machines). One of his plots involve stealthily recording credit card codes from the computers of all the stores in a mall and transferring them to offshore accounts.
